Visual property inspections are NOT for property valuations, insurance estimates, or other value-based inspection services. VPI’s are ONLY for inspecting the exterior of your property for damage, theft, or other unwanted cosmetic changes. We do not do plumbing inspections, or other household structural safety checks.Here is how the process works:1. Contact me using the “Assignment Form” below.

2. I will quickly review your location, visual property inspection date, and other details. I will then contact you as to whether or not I will be able to fulfill your request.
3. Once I have agreed to your request, and we have finalized everything via telephone or email, THEN you will make payment via PayPal, credit card, check, or by another pre-approved method by clicking on the "Pay for Service," button above and entering the supplied username and password.
4. Once the visual property inspection is conducted, I will contact you as discussed and inform you of my findings. If all is well, you will immediately be mailed a written report of the inspection, including any photos or video that may have been requested. If a problem is found, you will advise me of what actions to take based on the situation. If you are unreachable at the time, I will follow your pre-determined instructions as given on the Assignment Form.
