Robert W. Geddis is the principle of Check on Your Property. He worked in the banking industry for nine years, and has retired as of December 2006 as Chief of Staff to a New York State Senator.
He was honorably discharged from the military, and has owned laundromats, rental homes, and apartments. He has visited every state in the country and many places around the world. At one time, he owned two RV’s and just absolutely loves to travel. It was during one of his trips that the idea for this service was developed. Often, he and other travelers said how they wished they could just hire someone to stop by and do a visual check on their property while they were away. Thus, “Check on Your Property” was born!
