Visual Inspection of your Property Service

Have you ever wished you had a friend or neighbor you could ask to just drop by and conduct a quick, visual inspection of your second home, RV, boat, or automobile?

You might be on a cruise, extended work assignment, out of the country, or concerned after a storm. Many folks have, and that's why I'm offering this unusual service.

I can do a simple, visual walk around, take pictures or video, and quickly give you a call to let you know the results of my visit. If there's a problem, I will take whatever actions you request, such as phoning a local, licensed professional, or possibly the police. If you are unreachable, typically I would email you and follow the pre-stated directions you've given me on the assignment form.

I will be your eyes... the neighbor you wish you had.

I am bonded - insured, and my modest fees are based on the extent of your request.
